Delaware County Technical High School has two main locations, Aston and Folcroft Campus. Students from the fifteen (15) area school districts have the opportunity to enhance their educational program with career and technical experiences that are directly connected to the real world. Business and Industry members review and update the career and technical education (CTE) programs offered by DCTS on a yearly basis.
Enrolling NOW for Fall 2012!Students who enroll in the Dental Technology program learn a variety of skills that enable them to become a dental assistant, dental laboratory technician, and/or pursue a career as a dental hygienist. The program focuses on patient-centered care in support of improving oral health as a key to personal health and well being.
The major areas of study in the course follow EFDA technical standards, including: dental radiology, oral pathology, chair-side dental assisting, anatomy and physiology, dental materials, sterilization and business office procedures. The dental assistant works directly with the dentist, performing a variety of tasks from helping the dentist examine and treat patients to completing laboratory and office work.

DCTS Green Machine makes its public debut at the 2012 Delco Enviro Fair, Saturday April 14 at Strath Haven High School. DCTS joined dozens of businesses and organizations to provide a full day of exhibits and presentations. The DCTS Green Machine was showcased as an innovative educational project alongside the newest alternative-fuel technology models including the Tesla, Nissan LEAF, Toyota Prius and Chevy Volt. FCCLA Family Career & Community Leaders of America 2012 State Star Event and Medal Winners are announced. Students competed in state events in March. The highest scoring students in each event (marked by *) will compete at the FCCLA National Conference to be held July 8-12 in Orlando, Florida. Click “more” to see the full list of honors.
