SOAR is a new opportunity for students which makes earning college credits through  high school career and technical education programs a real possibility.

Students SOAR with articulated college credits!

Through the PA Bureau of Career and Technical Education, DCTS has joined other technical schools and colleges throughout the South East Region to help the State launch state-wide articulations (agreements). Qualifying students will be able to attend DCTS and earn college-level credits in participating technical schools and colleges throughout Pennsylvania.

This cover sheet must accompany your applications to partnering colleges to alert them that you are a high school CTE graduate seeking credit. Do not forget to attach copies of your certifications. These help to earn more college credits.
